Delay of treatment

A delay of 1 to 3 business days is required to process your order.

Delivery is offered for free on all orders over $ 200 - with a tracking number.

Canadian orders can be sent by courier (without tracking number) [$4.5 CAD] 

or with a tracked parcel [$12.50 CAD].

US orders come with a tracking number [$9.50 CAD]

International orders come with a tracking number [$22.50 CAD]

Special cases - Delayed packages

Estimated delivery times do not consider possible customs delays. In case of late delivery, we do not offer a refund since we unfortunately have no control over customs delays.

Special cases - Lost parcels

If you have not received your package within 20 business days, please let us know. We will help you to solve the problem according to the delivery option selected during the purchase.

Packages not received within 25 business days will be forwarded again. Please take note that the loss of a package saddens us as much as you. We thank you for your patience!
